The introduction of the inaugural property sale for Killain Angus, this First Edition showcases an extraordinary lineup of Females and Genetics, each selected for their outstanding genetic qualities and superior breeding potential.
Killain Angus on 7 March 2025 at 6pm will be holding their first ever Auction Sale being the Killain Angus World Class Female and Genetics Sale to be held on property incorporating Elders as selling agents and online platform AuctionsPlus. On offer will be a pick of the herd flush, 8 individual PTIC females, 4 pregnant recipients, 19 embryo packages (67 embryos in total) and 5 semen packages. Inspections welcome from 1pm on sale day or by appointment prior to the sale.
At Killain Angus we produce yearling bulls each spring that are sold from the paddock. We prefer this system because the customer can explain exactly what their requirements are. We feel this is a wonderful way to tailor customers’ needs to suit their cow herds. A highlight was selling one of our fully-imported SAV embryo calves selling to Australia’s most prominent bull breeding operation, the Bondfield family of Palgrove, Queensland.
Since we started selling bulls in 2015, we are very proud that our valued clients keep making repeat purchases after having outstanding results using our yearling bulls.
Bulls can be selected throughout the year on a first in first served basis. Yearling bulls can be left at Killain until they are used in the Spring. Killain offers free delivery on all sale bulls.All bulls are:

Our Stud Angus Herd is 100% free of all genetic conditions.
In addition, select embryos are available for sale each year.
